Is the kitchen fully equipped?
The kitchens are well appointed includeing waffle makers, crock pots, blenders and large roasting pans.
what happens if an item in the unit is broken?
Contact Kathy immediately at 425-478-1808. I will make arrangements to have the item fixed or replaced. You will be notified and the item will be charged to your credit card.
What is your cancellation policy?
One month prior a refund minus $25 processing fee will be credited back to your credit card. Less than 30 days notice of cancellation will result in a "Rain Check" good for one year. Less than two weeks notice of cancellation will result in no refunds.
How far in advance should I book?
Major holidays should book as far in advance as possible. We recommend six months for most of our properties.
Is there a price break for rentals longer than a week?
Long term pricing starts a one month or longer.
Are there linen and towels provided?
Yes. All linens and towels are provided including beach towels, robes and slippers.
What are the Check-In and Check-Out times?
Check-In is 4pm date of arrival. Check_Out is 11am. Early and late check-in and check-out times can be arranged if possible.
